We use variable shipping rates based on current rates, weight, size, location, etc. We believe this gives our customers the most affordable rates possible.
We have a 30 day return policy. We except returns within the first 30 days of purchase. If your shipment is damaged or has a defect we will be happy to exchange it for a new one.
